It’s been hot, hot, hot here in Oakland the last couple of days — we had a heat advisory from the weather forecasters today. I misted the milkweed plants in one of our terrariums and this Tenodera sinensis nymph gratefully bent down to drink, looking a bit like a giraffe at a water hole.
